Nature of the service

Select Network Group is an independent marketing, connection and referral service. Select Network Group does not perform, supervise, inspect, design, install, maintain, repair or otherwise contract for the physical services provided by independent service providers.

Independent service providers

Any contractor or service provider introduced through Select Network Group is an independent third party. Select Network Group does not control or guarantee a provider's work, pricing, availability, licensing, insurance, proposal terms, schedule or performance.

User responsibility

Property managers, building owners and other users are responsible for independently evaluating providers and confirming licenses, approvals, insurance, qualifications, scope, pricing and contractual terms.
